How It Works: Getting Started

STEP ONE: Complete the “New Client Request Form” for the sitter whom you would like to take care of your pets. You can find your sitter’s form on their page located directly under their name. Please make sure to check your inbox (don’t forget about the spam folder!) for a confirmation that your information was submitted successfully.

STEP TWO: Your sitter will connect with you within 3 business days to schedule your free consultation to meet with you and your pet(s) to discuss services.* This discussion will cover all home and pet care responsibilities as well as determining whether you would like a sitter in home overnight.

STEP THREE: Plan your next trip! After a good fit between your pets and one of our Creature Crazy Pet Care sitters has been made, use our website or your sitter’s email (also located on their page directly under their name) to request and coordinate care for your pets while you’re traveling.
